* I was supposed to upload this blog on Sunday, but I forgot about my blog and delayed it until today. I'm really sorry for those waiting for an update :(
From Tuesday to Friday was my Senior trip. I have been looking forward to this event for my entire life and have been setting goals for the trip. My goal, as mentioned frequently, was to wear jeans at the Senior trip. I ended up wearing another type of pants but it was the type of pants that I never tried and wouldn't be able to fit if I didn't lose any weight. -10kg was indeed a large number that changed me. Before going to the senior trip to Jeju Island, I wanted to go in my best shape. So, I exercised pretty hard in the morning and went shopping with an empty stomache. With all that effort, I went to Jeju with my friends. It was amazing. The atmosphere was cheerful and the food was amazing. I had some problem digesting the food that I was eating but that never let me stop eating. Due to my diet, I sort of lost my mind watching all the delicious food in front of me. I didn't care eating until midnight or eating a lot of snacks. Consequently, I gained 2kg after the trip. It was a devastating number but I thought it was completely reasonable. Actually, I was expecting something worse. I was able to see the changes that happened to my body. It wasn't that clear to see but my stomach bloated up and my calves were bloated up too because I didn't do any stretching. Now, I need a fresh start. My new goal for diet is for the banquet. I was looking at the school calendar and I realized that I will be having my last banquet in BHCS on May 31st. May 31st was about 50 days away so I thought this is the perfect way to start. My goal is to wear a slim dress in the banquet. Wearing a slim dress has been one of my biggest fantasies so I want to achieve them within 50 days. I still feel full for all of the food that I ate in Jeju. However, I want this feeling to be disappeared and lose 9 more kilograms. I will devote myself to accomplish this goal and try to stay healthy as possible. This week's record and next week's workout plan
